The model of the Lagoon of Venice

A model of the Lagoon of Venice (scale 1:25000, size 1 x 3 m) will be displayed during the CIESM meeting, at the entrance hall of Palazzo del Casinò, near the ISMAR space.

The artwork was done by Michele Ridolfi of LAR- IUAV, in the frame of a cooperation between the City of Venice Lagoon Nature Observatory, ISMAR and IUAV University.

The model is visible at the Observatory (www.comune.venezia.it/ambiente) and usually is utilised for activities with schools and citizens.
