The Institute of Intelligent Systems for Automation of the National Research Council organizes in Arenzano from 19 to 21 September 2012, the 9th IFAC Conference on Manoeuvring and Control of Marine Craft, one of the most important international events dedicated to marine robotics applications and automatic piloting systems for ships, particularly for offshore applications.
Friday, September 21, the Director of the Institute of Marine Sciences of the National Research Council Fabio Trincardi, will present the research expertise in the marine environment of the CNR with Design Flag "RITMARE: Italian research to the Sea", which suggests a strategy for the development of national technology of autonomous marine vehicles.
