Nasce ICOS ERIC: l'Unione Europea verso la COP21 con un messaggio chiaro e determinato
Con la stazione fissa PALOMA in Golfo di Trieste, ISMAR fa parte integrante della rete ICOS (Integrated Carbon Observing System) di cui la Commissione Europea ha appena costituito ufficialmente l’ERIC (European Research Infrastructure Consortium), lo strumento legale e con personalità giuridica per l’organizzazione e la gestione di infrastrutture di ricerca.
