The City of Venice, Lagoon and Territory Observation Centre, presents the 'Lagoon Atlas", a web service for the public access to environmental information, shared between different cooperating entities involved in the dissemination of data as "common good". "Dynamic" evolution of the eponymous book published in 2006, the Atlas allows easy reference and thematic maps at a click on www.silvenezia.it.
Among the participants: Local Governaments (Regione, Provincia e Comune), CNR ISMAR, Ministry of the Environment, Magistrato alle Acque - CVN, Ca’ Foscari and Padova University , Gfoss.it and the JRC of the European Commission.
