She began her research activity on geochemical and sedimentological studies in marine polar environments (Antarctica) with particular interest on Th-230/U-234 studies. Currently she’s involved in research activities for geochemistry studies of Adriatic Sea sediments and in dissemination and management of national and international Projects.
