Ravaioli Mariangela
Degree in Natural Sciences at the University of Bologna (1976). Research scientist at the National Research Council since 1985, now Research Director at the Institute of Marine Sciences in Bologna, where she was Section Head from 1994 to april 2015. She was President of Research Area of Bologna ap to april 2015. She has done research work for more than 20 years in topics regarding the marine environmental geology both in italian seas and polar oceans, plus riverine and lagoon environments
His research interests currently are, among the others, the recunstruction of the pollution evolution in different environments, the palaeclimatic and palaeoenvironmental variations, the biogeochemical processes with special regard for Carbon and biogenic Silica. She deals with technology transfer . She is author and co-author in a number of national and international scientific papers.
